Recipes
Honey-Fruit Yogurt
Materials;
5 tablespoons of yogurt
1 tablespoon of honey
A fruit of your choice (strawberry, banana, etc.)
Preparation: First, mix yogurt and honey in a bowl. Then crush half of the fruit of your choice. Finely chop the remaining half. Finally, mix the mashed and chopped fruits with honey yoghurt. Your yogurt is ready to be served. Bon Appetit.
Blueberry Yogurt
Materials;
2.5 cups of yogurt
Half cup of blueberries
4 tablespoons of powdered sweetener
1 packet of vanilla
Preparation: Crush the blueberries with a food processor and mash them. Take the yogurt in a large bowl, add sweetener and vanilla, and mix well. After adding the fruit puree to the yogurt, add the mixture to the bowls and serve. Bon Appetit.
